CareSource Georgia Grant Challenge |
News from CareSource: We’ll soon be launching the CareSource Georgia Grant Challenge to recognize organizations and programs around the following priority areas: physical, behavioral and dental integration; maternal health; the aging, blind and disabled population; and social determinants of health.
We believe the Hometown Health’s member facilities would be great nominees and would like to cordially invite them to submit a nomination. The form is short and can be accessed here. Your assistance in spreading the word to potential nominees through y’all’s network would be greatly appreciated. After the nomination period closes, a selection committee will select the top 4 organizations that best align with the grant challenge priorities. There will be four grant awards of $75,000.
